What we can help with

• Account and sign-in

  Trouble signing in, changing your email, updating your username, or deleting your account. Account deletion is also available in the app under Profile, Settings, Account.

• Subscriptions and billing

  Prophit Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Manage, change, or cancel your subscription in the App Store under your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

• Brokerage connection

  Questions about linking a brokerage account, order status, buying power, or positions. Your brokerage's own records control over anything displayed in the app.

• Privacy and data requests

  To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email us with your name, state of residence, and a description of your request.
